finally a moment sat outside on the deck. and of course the sun is heading toward the horizon and i have missed out on the better part of a day spent outside. but such is the way of my days. is it better to leave all the daily chores, the laundry and now the dishes (since it was me who washed them rather than have a whole mountain of them to wash at 10 pm)? i managed to vacuum too & even watched two shows & read quite a bit of this guernsey book, which i adore the second tome around as well. i feel attached to the characters and the writers' way of describing it all. i cannot understand why anyone would not adore this book!!
